A long-term study over a period of two years followed up on the long-term clinical results of knee OA patients who received AposTherapy® treatment. The study found the benefits of AposTherapy® to peak within the first few months and to be maintained over the long term.
A long-term study performed a two-year follow-up on subjects with knee osteoarthritis who were treated using AposTherapy®. The study reported that significant reduction in pain and improvement in function and quality of life were achieved within the first few months of treatment – and were maintained over time.
In addition, only 2.6% of the subjects who used AposTherapy® subsequently required a TKA (knee replacement surgery), compared with a full 31% of subjects in the control group.
