Pilates, acupuncture and biomechanical analysis anchor her diagnostics skills and enable her to treat holistically. Alongside working very closely with some of London's top private consultants and working in one of London's leading Physiotherapy Practices, 15 years ago Emma set up her stunning luxury medical centre, Chiltern Hills and has created an incredible wellbeing department using holistic therapy, focusing on inner health and mindfulness complete with fully equipped gym and state of the art Flotation tank - the only one of its kind in Hertfordshire. Prior to this she undertook a BSc Honours degree in Physiology and Sports Science at Glasgow University. Mary worked for several years in the NHS in Glasgow whilst simultaneously working part time in football at Club and National level in both the men's and women's game respectively. After 5 years in football she made the move to London to take up a full time role as Head Physiotherapist at Arsenal Ladies Football Club. Her interests and expertise lie in treating musculoskeletal injury and she has a keen interest in the lower limb and in particular, conditions of the knee, developed after her vast experience in football.
