Tracey Miles Physiotherapy is a Private Practice in East Kent with over 30 years of experience. Tracey is an Extended Scope Practitioner who works with Clinical Specialist physiotherapist Regina Goode at Overland Farm Clinic. Tracey and Regina aim to provide a comprehensive and professional service for all aspects of physiotherapy including AposTherapy®
Set in a beautiful rural location near historic Canterbury, this is a clean purpose built AposTherapy®clinic – a converted stable on a working farm, opened in 2000: Overland Farm Clinic includes disabled access, waiting area, disabled WC, 3 treatment rooms, large AposTherapy® gym and free car park (there is even a bench to sit in the sunshine – if weather allows!)
Tracey and Regina are highly skilled in the assessment and treatment of AposTherapy®. Our first objective is to assess the patient’s painful joint , if the patient is suitable for AposTherapy® a personalised AposTherapy®treatment programme will commence that day.
The team have patients referred to them for AposTherapy® by orthopaedic surgeons, G.P.s, local physiotherapists and recommendations from existing AposTherapy® patients who are undergoing/ have completed their own AposTherapy® treatment.
Tracey and Regina take great pride in seeing their patients’ progress with AposTherapy®. This is what our patients have to say:
“My knees are now totally fine – they don’t bother me.”
“I am able to wear high heels for the first time in seven years!”
“I can now do a whole round of golf and still walk afterwards. Before, I could hardly get one third of the way around the course.”
“People have noticed, how well I am walking now.”
“I am now able to walk for 2 hours on uneven terrain without pain previously I was limited to 10 minutes.”
“I can walk down stairs without pain.”
“I drove for 6 hours and was fine.”
Overland Farm Clinic is recognized by all major private medical insurance companies.
